   Yes, you need a referral to see Dr. Neubuerger.

We are contracted with most major insurance and workman’s comp carriers. Check with your insurance to verify that we are a preferred provider. If you have any questions about insurances we accept, please call our office at 916-229-8890.

For new patients, please call our office at 916-229-8890, Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 4:30pm to make an appointment. For existing patients, please use the patient portal to message the office to schedule, re-schedule, or cancel an appointment.

Accepted forms of payment include check, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, or Discover.  We are a cashless office. Co-pays and deductibles are due at the time of service.  For faster check-in, please pay your co-pay online ahead of your appointment on your patient portal or use the Pay My Bill link on this website.

We will bill your insurance whenever possible, however, please remember that the primary responsibility for payment is yours, not your insurance company.

The office is located in the North Tower of Mercy Medical Plaza.

Medication refills must be requested at your scheduled visit or by calling your pharmacy. You can also make refill requests by messaging the office on your patient portal. We do not refill medications on Fridays, weekends or by telephone.

There is a paid surface parking lot adjacent to the Mercy Medical Plaza Building which can be accessed on 39th Street. There is overflow paid parking in the 3-story parking structure on the Mercy General Hospital campus.  Make sure when you enter the building that you take the elevators in the North Tower. 

Please complete a Medical Records Request Form to request a copy of your medical records.  There is a standard $15 fee for this service and the process can take up to 7-10 days.  Be sure to allow for enough time to receive your records prior to your first visit.  If you need assistance with a medical records request, please leave a message on the patient portal or contact our office during regular business hours.
